I am now living in England and traveling around Europe.  Thus far I have been to South America and Central America.  Over 20 countries in total in the past year.

Why the page you ask?

I am horrible at keeping in contact with friends and family and constantly travelling so I set up the site for my friends and others that want to share the trip with me.  If you are here I say welcome friend...

This is the place to start.  Over on the navigation bar I have provided access to all of my places here on the internet.  Check the blog, view some photos, send me an email, or just laugh at the fact that I didn't pay to have the ads taken off my page.  Basically just catch up on where I am at.  This could be a strange trip.

Why the trip you ask?

Well, I was born in West Virginia and I have been trying to leave since I was a child.  I often urged my father to take other jobs in the hope of going somewhere a little bit bigger.  After a while I was willing to settle for different.  In total I have lived out of the state for I believe six months when I was 4.  After completing high school I wanted to go somewhere different but learned that in-state college is a lot cheaper than out-of-state so I remained here. 

I will note that over the years I have made peace with many elements of West Virginia, and even think that it might be a nice place to retire, but I am simply not ready to commit my entire existence to a 20-mile section of earth.

Now that I am less tied down I want to go see what all is out there.  I have left the country once before on vacation and haven’t fallen in love with any place that I have gone, but I am not through looking yet.  I worked here in state for the past couple of years and have saved as much as I can all in plans of doing something big.  Hopefully I will get to see my big plans become a reality.
